The Lady Knights traveled to Yorktown to open the season on Saturday night. Northeastern battled foul trouble for most of the night but still led at halftime 24-20. Yorktown made a 4th quarter push to take the lead late in the game. The Knights had a great look with about 4 seconds left in the game but came up short falling to the Tigers by a final of 49-47. Northeastern is back in action on the road on Tuesday 11/7 at Muncie Central for a Varsity only contest beginning at 7:00PM.
